Therefore, in this study, an attempt has been made to provide a framework for explaining the resilience ecosystem in start-up businesses. The strategy of the present study is qualitative and in terms of fundamental purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive-analytical method. In this research, the Meta-synthesis method has been used for screening resources and out of a total of 412 articles related to the research topic between 2010 and 2020, 76 articles have been thoroughly reviewed. After analyzing the research findings using the Glaser-based data method, 193 events were labeled in 24 concepts, 4 sub-categories and 2 main categories. The research findings show that the resilience ecosystem of start-ups includes "accelerators", "universities", "industrial enterprises", "government" and "competitors", which by "capacity building" and "empowering" the main actors of this ecosystem and creating synergies. It can lead to the resilience of start-ups.
